The OptiCure system is a stand-alone industrial system used by composite manufacturers to supervise the curing process and shorten the cure cycles by setting specific Tg targets. The system is based on our unique online Tg estimation software in combination with dielectric and temperature sensors and connections to production PLCs. It is currently used in several wind turbine blade manufacturing facilities.

The HMI software has two levels: the Operator's level which everything is run automatically without any intervention from the Operator and the Administrator's level which is to set-up the process and to select production details.
